Since January 2007 the restaurant is being operated by Maurice Keizers and Ruud Kemp, both of whom have a lot of experience. 
Ruud had his own well known restaurant in The Netherlands for 16 years and Maurice has been working for 14 years in first class restaurants and hotels in both Switzerland and the United States. Their joint effort will assure you a culinary experience of the highest quality!
